Booking Conditions
Depending on the time of year, days of the week and / or delay til your arrival, we reserve the right to promote the stays of 2 or 3 nights. This allows you to enjoy the house and the area even more. This also allows us to highlight the friendly side of the bed and breakfast compared to conventional hotel industry.
When booking, we ask you to send us a deposit to confirm your booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, the room is blocked for you and cancellation conditions accepted by you.
Cancellation Conditions
If you wish to cancel a booking more than two weeks before your arrival, the deposit is kept, collected and may be carried over to a future stay at the date of your choice.
If you wish to cancel a booking less than two weeks before your arrival, the deposit is kept, collected and we will try to rebook the room … If we succeed, your deposit will be transferred to a future stay at the date of your choice. If we do not succeed, your deposit will not be postponed.
In case of departure before the end of the stay, we will try to rebook the room … If we succeed, your deposit will be deducted from the invoice. If we do not succeed, the entire stay (accommodation) will be payable in addition to the deposit already paid.
Access to Sauna & Hot tub may be canceled without charge until the day previous to the day of use, but a cancellation on the same day will not be possible and access will be charged for hot tub and sauna warming up especially for you.
Massages reserved may be canceled up to a week before your arrival, if cancellation is made less than a week before the date, they will be charged for the time slot that has been blocked for you, other massages have been refused.
